Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a wrong size, a poor fit, a colour that looks different from the photos, a wrong item, or an item that arrives damaged or defective. Pickup is free.

Returns

Within 7 days of delivery, ask for a return from the order in My Orders: open the order, choose Return items, tick the items you are returning and choose the reason — wrong size, doesn't fit well, colour looks different from the photos, received the wrong item, arrived damaged, or defective or not working. You can follow the request's status on the order.

Non-returnable items

Some products are marked non-returnable on their product page. A non-returnable item can be returned only if it arrives damaged, defective or wrong — not for size, fit or colour.

What we need from you

For a damaged or defective item we need at least one photo. An unboxing video is optional. A return for a wrong size, a poor fit, a colour that looks different from the photos or a wrong item needs no video or photos. Send the item back unused and unwashed, with its tags and original packaging.

Pickup

Once we approve your request, we arrange a free pickup from your delivery address.

Refunds

Once the item reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund it to your original payment method (all orders are prepaid online). Banks usually take 5–7 working days. We refund what you paid for the item: its price less its share of any coupon discount. If a size, fit or colour return leaves the rest of your order below the coupon's minimum order value, the rest of the coupon discount is also taken off that refund.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges or replacements. For a different size or colour, return the item and place a new order.
